On June 1, 2015, at 17:30, the exhibition, titled ‘Peoples and cultures of Siberia in photographs taken by Finnish linguist and anthropologist Kai Donner’ has been launched at the TSU Culture Centre. 

The second stage of the competitive selection for participation in the research school-workshop ‘Migration and ethnicization of the urban space’, to be held by the Laboratory for social and anthropological research (Tomsk State University) in collaboration with the Laboratory of historical and political demography (Irkutsk State University) and Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Russia on June 17-20, 2015, has started.

In the end of September 2015, an international scientific forum of young scientists ‘Science of the future – science of the young’’ is planned to be held, organized by the Russian Ministry of Education and Science.

On April 8-10, 2015, at Tomsk State University (Department of History), XI International youth research conference ‘Topical issues of history, international relations and document science’ was held.

June 18-21, 2015, the TSU Laboratory for Social and Anthropological Research jointly with the Laboratory of Historical and Political Demography (Irkutsk State University) and the Friedrich Ebert Foundation will carry out a scientific workshop ‘Migration and ethnicization of urban space’.
