National identity in the social thought of Russia in the second half of the XIX century
The research is carried out into:
- perceptions of national identity among different lines of Russia’s social thought in the second half of the XIX century;
- the relationship of ethnic, religious and civic identity in Russia’s social thought in the second half of the XIX century;
- the development of critical national markers and identifiers and their transformation in the social thought of Russia;
- the impact of the European intellectual tradition on the idea of Russian national identity;
- the role of Russian national identity in interethnic relations of the Russian Empire in the second half of the XIX century.
