Seminar ‘East and West: interaction of peoples in the context of dialogue of cultures’

On 20-22 April, 2016, the XVII International West-Siberian Archeology and Ethnography Conference was held at Tomsk State University, organized jointly by Institute of Archeology and Ethnography (Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences in the city of Novosibirsk), Science and Research Institute and D.N. Anuchin Museum of Anthropology (Moscow State University), as well as Science and Education Centre for Paleo-Ethnological Studies (Moscow).  

Within the framework of the conference a seminar, entitled ‘East and West: interaction of peoples in the context of dialogue of cultures’, took place where lead Russian experts on archaeology, ethnography and anthropology delivered their lectures. 

The seminar was hosted in the TSU Research Library Grand Conference Hall on April 18th, 19th and 23rd.
